We bought a custom home with all Bosch appliances were told they were top of the line. With in a few months the turn table would throw sparks and sometimes not spin. We contacted Bosch for warranty. They sent a repair man that replaced a small ceramic piece and told us it was fine and some times happens. Next we had the fuse inside the microwave blow, never seen or heard of this, but we replaced it and all seemed fine for about 3 days, now the microwave oven does not work at all replaced the fuse and instantly blows. Bosch wants highway robbery to fix these $179 dollar fee plus $25 every 6 mins???? Are you serious? I'll buy a different brand and will never have another Bosch product.

TLDR: I had to buy a second microwave to pull out for use every time this one breaks.
I'm 9 years in with this product, and it's a shock that it still works, but the amount I've paid for service bills and replacement parts could have paid for 4 new microwaves.
Being generous on the timeline of issues, within the first 3 years:
a) the light burned out, which requires removal of the full stack from the wall to replace (service call)
b) the panel died (warranty service call)
c) the panel died again
d) both door hinge springs broke (full replacement door was actually cheaper/easier than trying to replace the hinge springs)
e) turntable wheel broke (have to replace entire turntable)
f) attached oven fan broke (full stack removal from wall)
g) attached oven panel broke
Most recently, the magnitron cover came loose and started on fire, and that's hopefully the cheapest repair ever done on this thing.

I don't think I've ever had an appliance that I've hated more than this oven. Some of the design aspects are simply inconcievable. I've burned my hand on the element numerous times because it isn't recessed into the upper part of the oven, and I have no idea why they would design an oven where the shelves don't pull out. The control panel is also unintuitive. You could do much better for the price.

I had to replace with the same one but it only lasted 4 years and I had already paid over $400 in repairs on my first one. I did not want to rebuy the same one but had to match my other appliances. I did buy the 5 year warranty through lowes.

Tried to pop a 1.2 oz bag of popcorn on the popcorn setting. It took about 3 tries on the over 2 oz setting to complete popping. Water took forever to boil. I was not using the ceramic plate, which the instructions say to use. I will try that and hope for better results

Just love my new convection cook microwave. It seconds as a oven when in convection bake and a microwave for quick stuff. I love the ability to switch from microwave to convection bake when one oven is just not enough. Easy to use.

This is a large wall microwave and with very clean lines. The controls are simple and selfintuitive. It comes with multiple racks and a stone dish. The only downside is a large storage is required to keep unused racks and stone dish.

Like others, this was installed by our home builder April of 2021 and within a couple of years began sparking and ruined the wheels of the turn table. I replaced the turntable, and it started sparking again almost immediately and ruined the wheels on a second turntable. The issue seems to be the metal used for the wheels on the turntables. Stay far away from this product.

I have 5 young kids and while we try our best to get them to eat the same dinners, all too often I end up serving mutiple dishes so that they eat. The versatility of the speed oven is great to quickly reheat mac and cheess to baking a pizza. Beyond the day-to-day, having the speed oven allows me to better coordinate cooking of large meals too. I've unfortunately had an issue with the door springs breaking. The speed oven is still usable if that happens, but it's unsafe. Repairing the door used to be offered, but since it's an annoying fix it seems like now you can only find replacement doors for repairs. The doors alone will run you $400 to replace, but it's easy and quick enough to do yourself.

This model came with the house. We really like the features, but its reliability is terrible. It constantly glitches and goes out. Sometimes it comes back on its own if you flip the breaker / unplug it plug it back in.
If you do repair, it's very costly. Easily 400 or more. We're looking at our second repair and that's 1/2 the cost of the unit new. So probably replacing.
I give this a 1 star. Again, the features and fucntion (when it's running) are great. But an actually working machine is kind of a precondition.

I have owned this unit purchased new a year ago. I was very impressed by the performance until about 1 month ago. The unit died, I knew it sounded like a fuse issue.
The repair person came, and indeed it was the fuse. He told me this is a common issue in these ovens.
Lucky for me, it was covered under my warranty.
Sounds like this known problem needs to be rectified. I would not have been able to fix this myself, as the fuse is actually on the top of my lower oven.

So far, so good for my Speed Oven. I like the smaller size so that I don't have to heat up my big oven for just the two of us. Also, the flexibility of the multiple cooking modes lets me cook just about anything.

I was the most excited about this combo microwave and convection oven buy. I love the ease of use and design, my only complaint is that the beep is so faint it's hard to hear. It only beeps once and turns off without another warning it has finished. I tried to increase the volume but the highest volume is very low. Other than that I completely love this combo oven.
