Great smart feature but not even cook

Love that I can talk to alexa and I can start preheating the oven at the exact temperture without touching the controls. The broil or bake patterns in the oven, doesnt give an even cook or brown. One side, particular the right side, heats up faster. If you know that, then you can adjust but it is a bit annoying to adjust the food all the time if you dont want to burn your food.

I love the attractive quality especially since I purchased a GE refrigerator in the same style. I purchased the basic model since it is a tried and true simple design. Hopefully, it will last as long as my Hotpoint. Unfortunately, Hotpoint no longer makes a glass top range. In addition, I am hopeful that having the controls above the cooktop and over the oven, the generated heat is far enough away to not reduce the. expected life of the oven's electronic pad. I've noticed many comments of this concern on models where the controls are next to the stove top at counter level. I've baked and used the stove top on multiple occasions including the broil function and have been pleased. The storage draw is somewhat flimsy, but that is expected on lower end products. Just be gentle and it should last. Definitely definitely use a ceramic stove top cleaner and a razor blade type tool to scrape off hardened food debris before using the cleaner. Never use amonia products. They also make stainless steel cleaning products or make a light soap and water solution to clean the stainless and a soft dry buffing cloth to finish it off.

So far so good. I like the smart capabilities, to be able to adjust things from your phone. It's new so not a lot of things could have gone wrong in the short time we've had it. The oven does heat up quickly so that's a plus. The range is definitely on the cheaper side with materials and craftsmanship and the bottom drawer does feel cheap and flimsy but at this price range, we will live with it until it deems time to replace. (it was installed in our new home, we did not have a chance to pick the appliances)

I absolutely love it! I love that I am able to go into my app & heat my oven up whether I™€™m upstairs, out at the grocery store, on my way home from work, etc. it™€™s definitely made things a lot more convenient for me. The capacity is great as well I can fit more than one pan inside. The controls are very clear & easy to manage. The burners heat up really quickly which I love so I™€™ve had to learn to adjust my cooking now with how quickly it heats up. Overall it™€™s a great stove.

I think my stove was better than this replacement the customer service was terrible i even wrote two letters to corporate i had to fight then i gave up but then tried again finally a supervisor did understand but i had to buy new stove with discount which was alot for me and my brother when the delievery man came he couldnt believe it and they put the stove in right the other stove had a defect leg so the stove was crooked the pans on top cooked uneven and food in stove
