Well lit interior, nice finish and design for our space, conveniently located water dispenser inside refrigerator, thoughtful storage spacing both frig and freezer. Lower Pull out drawer in frig does not pull out far enough to access items in the back of the drawer . It can be tilted and pulled out more but not smoothly. Ice turnoff in a very awkward spot should you want or need to turn it off™€¦have to get down on knees and bend over to access.

I'm truly hoping this one will last more than a year. For future business practices, can you start making appliances that have replaceable parts so the customer does not have to buy a new unit? The good: Nice quality parts and appearance. Quiet. The bad: Water dispenser in door does not deliver chilled water. Outrageously expensive filters, yes, plural filter. The PWF-1 water filter costs $50+ and the RAF-2 air filter is another $20. After losing power, even for a minute, the refrigerator beeps 3 times repeatedly and displays a Power Loss error until someone presses the notification to cancel it. Who thought that would be a good idea to notify with that error when the refrigerator's temperature is normal? The control panel on the left door's edge seemed like a good idea until living with it for a couple days. It is way too sensitive so we frequently activate some setting control on the door when just opening the door.

I love the sleek look of the Frigidaire French Door fridge but it also works great, nice features! The water dispenser is inside the door & very easy to use. The deli drawer is very convenient & all drawers are clear, so easy to see inside. The shelves were very easy to adjust. I like the pull out freezer drawer. My adult niece says the shape of the ice cubes are cool. Haha! They™€™re smaller than the cubes of my old fridge™€¦they™€™re small squares. I just use more, no big deal.

If you're noise conscious, avoid this refrigerator. While the normal sounds of the compressor running continuously aren't bad, the upper ice maker runs at a high frequency which everyone in my house, living or visiting, finds quite obnoxious. Especially if you have hollow cabinets or an open floor plan around the refrigerator.

The refrigerator is a sleek design and has ample storage space. My only complaints or concerns are that the water on the door function will have some additional drainage while I am filling a cup and the freezer drawer occasionally will have water (possibly condensation) accumulate on the door and freeze into icicles. There may be a leak in the door gasket seal. The water filter is also difficult to remove for replacement. I recommend only using the Frigidaire brand due to the off brands not fitting as well.

Left-hand fridge door with control panel keeps shorting out when opened - turns the lights off, control panel resets. Also the water dispenser is no longer working. Fridge has been in use for 1.5 years. Frigidaire cannot get it fixed through their recommended technician, nor are they covering the repair. Very frustrating!

Nice Look, But Alarm Goes Off at Random

Like the look, so far internal ice maker and internal water dispenser works much better than our previous model ( which had external ice/water dispenser). Like the storage space and layout. DO NOT like that the alarm goes off at RANDOM, but there are no alerts to clear. It™€™s really annoying. Only way to stop, that we™€™ve found, is to unplug the fridge and wait a minute. NOT a solution for a unit that™€™s in a cabinet. We™€™ve had it two weeks and had to unplug three times. The repair tech from the retailer is coming next week. Hope they can fix it! Otherwise we™€™ll be returning it and getting a Kitchen Aid, or something that won™€™t beep!

Freezes in everything

The worst refrigerator ever. I would give zero stars if I could. Redid my kitchen in June 2023. I purchased all new Frigidaire Professional appliances. This refrigerator is not very deep. Which I knew when I purchased it, being its counter depth. What I didn™€™t know is that it will freeze anything that is pushed to the back of the fridge. Yes, I™€™ve adjusted the temperature but any higher and the fridge will defeat the purpose of keeping things cold. The only remedy is to pull everything 6™€ off the back wall. Which only takes away from the short depth it starts with. I always held Frigidaire in high regard, but I will never purchase another appliance again after this nightmare. The amount of food I had to throw away is ridiculous.

This is replacing an older Samsung. The space inside is proportioned well. Large interior with easy to remove glass shelves. The water dispenser in the door has a lot of pressure. I was worried that it being in the door the door would move a lot when needing to dispense water but it does not! The ice maker makes good ice and per an another review did not take long. The reason for the 4 star vs 5 is I™€™ve only had for a week. The freezer has ample storage compared to similiar models I viewed. Per the associate who helped me with my purchase this brand is the best bang per buck both in features and reliability.

I purchased the Frigidaire Pro counter-depth refrigerator a little over a year ago as part of a "face lift" in my new-to-me home. I had several criteria I wanted in a new refrigerator including a clean lined front with no ugly (my opinion) ice/water in the door, a clean lined French door style with bottom freezer, an ice maker located in the freezer, water dispenser in the refrigerated area, and a beautiful, functional interior with plenty of storage. This model had all of my criteria in one gorgeous package and it has exceeded my expectations. Some items to note: 1) the ice maker fills quickly with nicely shaped, small square-ish cubes that are easy to scoop out. 2) The shelving, door bins, and freezer area are all customizable for the owner's individual needs. 3) The refrigerated section is very easy to clean compared to my past models and other brands. 4) Frigidaire stands behind their products and provides excellent service after the sale! I wanted to have my doors re-leveled/adjusted following the original installation and customer service sent out a certified Frigidaire service tech/repair person who was an actual employee of the company rather than contracted from a third-party company. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this refrigerator as well as the other Frigidaire appliances purchased at the same time (see microwave and wall oven in picture) and I highly recommend the Frigidaire brand.

The unit is loud and even louder when making ice. It took a long time to cool down initially and that was different with a previous unit i owned. The customer service at frigidaire hasn™€™t been the best. They are hard to reach out to and work with.
