This refrigerator is stylish with deep storage capacity in the freezer and fridge sections. It has multiple compartments for vegetables, fruits, and eggs. One compartment allows customers to select the humidity range based on the contents. Once plugged in, both the fridge and freezer became very cold within three hours.

Fridge was delivered earlier than scheduled which was great. It™™s beautiful except for one issue, it takes too long to make ice after it™™s first turned on. This lead me to believe the ice maker was malfunctioning and asking for a replacement. After 48 hours, fridge started making ice much quicker. My salesperson was great. He told me everything about the return policy, the extended warranty but neglected to say anything about the ice making process. Since I only had 48 hours to return the product and request a replacement, that™™s what I did. That process also went very well. Great customer service there as well. I™™ve had other refrigerators that made ice and they always started turning out lots of ice within a few hours. I think that™™s why I was so concerned and requested a replacement. Even though the item was under warranty for several years, I wanted to start off with a fully functioning product.

This replaced my 16 year old side by side. Pros: more insulation, I guess. Definitely, better ice cubes that are small and useful as opposed to those half moon ones that would get in the way of sipping. Cons: drawers are so narrow and waste 2" of space on either side. Door shelves are so narrow it is hard to fit two gallon sized milk jugs next to one another. I guess everything got narrower due to better insulation?? Worst of all, the water dispenser does not dispense chilled water! Why? they used to, and that's why I get water from the fridge. An awful 'new and unimproved' change. Otherwise, the fridge seems to perform as intended through the 3 weeks I have had it.

So I bought this refrigerator in January 2025. I started having ice maker issues in April 2025 (4 months later). KEEP IN MIND SERVICE IS M-F FOR ELETROLUX... SO... if you have work M-F and other 18+ adult present... good luck trying to get this technican to "fix" your ice maker. At this time the electrolux technician only had a short term solution of "defrosting" the water line and contact service again when I had problems. Of course the problem comes back 1 month later. I would call service again and a 3rd party comes in and changes out the ice maker all together. 1 month later, it freezes again. I suspect it's the same water line freezing in the freezer. After such events, I requested eletrolux only-technician. Think about all those "call outs" from work. It is a huge headache. This most recent service technician believes this "insulation" will help the water line freezing problem (installed 09-29-25). I guess this will work. We will see and I will make a follow up review. Major defect with this product. Each call you make with frigidaire, they will sell you an extended warrenty beyond your 1 year manufacturer warranty. Sounds like a good idea since this ice maker is NOT RELIABLE.

We needed a replacement fridge and being locked into the non-standard 33™ width size, we had very few choices. First time to buy a Frigidaire so we are hopeful for a long lasting appliance. The features are nice and work well so far. I was worried it would be too small inside but it fits everything just fine. The negative: fridge had several scratches on the front of it and my husband didn™™t notice how bad they were and signed off on it. We have no way of knowing if they occurred at the warehouse or during delivery. I knew we had no recourse once it was signed for, so we will just have to live with them. I will notice them but hopefully no one else will. It™™s a great looking fridge, the scratches do make me sad because I wanted to love getting a new fridge and experience excitement of having it installed but over time the scratches will be less important and at the end of the day, it does what it™™s made for.

So much plastic wrap on it initially, and under the trim and gaskets, I couldn't get it all off. Little pieces of it are still hanging on. It took over three hours to get the thing unpacked. But it works great.

This is a great refrigerator. It was a size I needed because of her specific requirements in my kitchen. The only reason I didn™™t give a five stars is when it was delivered. The refrigerator light did not work, but I contacted ABC NFrigidaire had someone out the very next day, the LED mod was not plugged in properly. All good now and I™™m very happy with the Appliance. PS: the plastic/shrink wrap on this thing took a lot of effort to remove but happy to see how well it was packaged to avoid any damage and transit.

I™™ve been really happy with the Frigidaire GRSS2352AF refrigerator. It looks super sleek in stainless steel and doesn™™t show fingerprints easily, which is a big plus. The inside is roomy and well laid out, so it™™s easy to keep things organized and find what you need.It cools quickly, keeps a steady temperature, and the LED lighting is bright without being harsh. The water and ice dispenser is super convenient, though it does make a little noise when it™™s making ice nothing too bad though. Overall, it™™s been a reliable fridge that looks great and works exactly how you™™d want it to.

We are happy with this fridge, and I would recommend it to others. It functions well so far (had it for a few weeks), we like the interior shelving and drawers, and we love the water dispenser and controls on the outside of the fridge. It is a small fridge which was necessary for our space, but I feel like the space is utilized well in the fridge and freezer due to the many adjustable shelves, spacious drawers, and door storage. One feature I really appreciate is the chill boost and freeze boost which can be used to quickly cool the fridge or freezer if you've had the doors open too long or it just doesn't seem cold enough. The main reason I don't give this fridge 5 stars is because the bottom of the fridge has been measuring around 5 degrees warmer than the top and middle shelves, and overall the fridge temperature is a degree or two warmer than the set temp. I have the set temp pretty low at 34 so it's not a huge deal because even the bottom drawer stays at about 40 degrees, but just something to be aware of. The other thing I noticed was some very minor nicks/scratches and scuff marks, but it's possible these are shipping and not manufacturing defects.

We purchased the Gallery model after research and a positive rating from CR. Following good practices the refrigerator was allowed to sit unplugged 24 hours before start up. Then connected water source for ice maker and plugged unit in. Flushed the water thru unyil we got 3 gallons thru unit. Allowed 24 hours empty to come up to temperature. We are very satisfied with overall performance, ice production, water quality. Recommend buying this Frigidaire FRSS2623AS Gallery.

We only just received this unit, so I can't say if it will stand the test of time, but it was relatively affordable and seems to be built well and is intuitive to use. It was a bit noisy when cycling up for the first time to get down to temperature, but now that it has settled in, it is not loud (tested with my phone and generally around 38-40 decibels). I know they don't always get high ratings and some say there are repair issues with Frigidaire, but I've had really good luck with their appliances. We renovated our house 16 years ago and put in all Frigidaire appliances, and they are all still working except for the old fridge which just recently died. Hope this new fridge lasts as long!

We purchased the unit from Home Depot online. Unit arrived and was put in place by a two-man team. They were polite, and carful. We paid a local plumber to run a water line to the unit and hook up the ice maker. We've had the unit for about a week. It is working well. One issue is that the ice maker makes loud clunking noises when it dumps ice into its internal holding bucket, especially when the bucket is empty. And I mean loud, like someone knocking on the door. The internal drawers are plastic and feel like they will crack or break easily. We are being careful and they have been okay, so far.
