I like this frig s it is quiet and has convenient water and ice dispenser on the door. The only thing I would change is that you are limited on changing the shelf arrangement both in the frig and freezer.

We needed a refrigerator that was on the smaller side to fit in our space and chose this side by side, replacing our French door refrigerator. After having it for a week, I know we made the right decision. This refrigerator is easy to keep organized (we have a couple clear organizer bins for our deli meats). I really like not having to bend over and dig through the freezer drawer anymore. It™€™s easy to see everything with this side by side. It looks amazing, too.

I™€™m really enjoying my new fridge. The smaller size fits perfectly into the space in my kitchen. And the icemaker works great, especially the Crushed ice feature. The ice is just perfect for drinks and chewing!The day after my fridge was installed, one of the fridge door bins fell off. It had been loaded with condiments, hit the floor, and broke in two. I got online and chatted with a helpful agent. He immediately emailed a Parts List from which I identified the bin that broke. The agent arranged to have a replacement sent to me right away. All in one single call. Thank you for a great product and excellent Customer Service. J

This fridge is very spacious and has lots of shelves. The ice and water dispenser works great and the ice cubes are the PERFECT size! Never seen one with this size ice cubes... not too big and not too small, literally perfect :)

Brand new fridge that doesn't even work

My new home came with a BRAND NEW never used before Frigidaire fridge. It has not worked since day one. They sent out a repair man who couldn't even work on the fridge. Had to wait a full month before they'd send out a different guy just to tell me the exact thing the first guy said and that while he could work on it, they had to order parts.... 3 weeks later and he came back and put part in but we are day 2 after the repair and IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!!! I've been without a working fridge for 2 months now with no resolve in site......

Space not utilized well

Who ever designed this side by side never used it. Comparing to the Whirlpool I had for 11 yrs, Frigidaire did not use the space well. Vegetable and fruit trays are really small, no meat or cheese tray at all. The one pictured, I bought from Amazon. Space where I thought I could put the eggs only fits butter. Shelves on door are not even deep enough on the bottom for 2 bottles of water to fit well and the refrigerator is very deep and sticks out into the kitchen even further than my old Whirlpool. Overall I would not recommend to a large family unless you eat out a lot.

I have limited space to fit my refrigerator in. My new 33-inch wide Frigidaire side-by-side fit perfectly. I can™€™t believe all the space I have. I also love the freezer section. Shelves have a strange range of spacing. There are only a couple of options to changing them, and nothing has helped. They are either very close together or very wide apart, causing wasted space. There was no book! Overall it appears to be a nice appliance, just small.
