Cant boil water

I bought this product in Fall 2025 and the stove top cannot boil water. It doesn't matter how long you wait the heating element shuts off before it can boil. Also support is non existent and you get put on hold forever and there is no support email. I am going to have to write them to get support.

I bought this particular stove, with these particular features, BECAUSE IT JUST WORKS!!!! No fancy digital readouts or buttons to go wrong or break. No control boards that cost $400 to replace. Nothing but good old potentiometers and replaceable coils and oven elements. It work, it™€™s cheap, but not cheaply made. My last stove lasted 9 years and I spent $1200 on it in 2015. I spent $485 on this one brand new and if it lasts 9 years I have a better ROI. (return on investment)

I bought this not to long ago and I love it. I dislike glass top stoves, I had a samsung glass top and it cracked in 6 months. Amana offered a traditional approach to electric stoves and I'm happy with my purchase. Don't have to worry about glass cracks because it doesn't have it.
